These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 9u777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 9u777 website, mobile interface, gaming services, sports betting, and all related features available at https://9u777.club. By accessing any part of the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and active players. Continued use of the platform following publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use a 9u777 account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 9u777 may request proof of any eligibility condition at any time:

2. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship may not register.
3. Single Account: You may only register one account per person, per household, and per device. Operating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
4. Accurate Information: All registration details you provide must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without return of funds.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from online gambling at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during which you use the platform.

9u777 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, subject to availability and processing times:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. 9u777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi bank transfers as listed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawal processing: Requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing occurs during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same mobile wallet number or bank account used for the corresponding deposit. 9u777 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• KYC before withdrawal: All users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Additional documentation may be requested for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

9u777 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or an unresolved KYC issue. In such cases 9u777 will contact the account holder and request the necessary documentation.

9u777 is committed to a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any rule below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban:

• Collusion, cheating, or any coordinated strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing promotion limits, bonus eligibility rules, or account-level restrictions imposed by 9u777.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials. 9u777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required by law.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC, or any other platform interaction.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 9u777 staff, other players, or any person associated with the platform, whether through in-platform channels or any external means.

9u777 employs fraud detection systems and monitors platform activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 9u777 may take immediate action without prior notice, including account restriction, withholding of funds pending investigation, or permanent closure.

9u777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account action:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
2. Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request from 9u777.
3. A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution requiring 9u777 to close or freeze the account.
4. A voluntary closure request from the account holder, in which case any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal after all pending wagering obligations have been resolved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9u777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are claimed.

9u777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. 9u777 will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
